In order to extend the Fellowship of the Altar to sick and shut in friends, and to people not necessarily members who may be in need of some cheer, the flower guild will take the big bouquet from the church to the sacristy after the 10 am liturgy. Flower Guild members will take apart the arrangement and package the flowers into two or more sprays which will be available in the hallway.

You may take these to folks of your choosing, on your own, with a card in which you may write, which has printed on it From your friends at St George’s Episcopal Church. The donor of the flowers for that morning would have the prerogative of taking them home, or leaving them for others as above to take to other people. Flowers for the 5:30 pm mass will be simpler - or artificial – and seasonal decorations, like those for Christmas, would remain in place longer.
