Adult Christian Education for Lent: A Journey with James
A new Adult Christian Education class will begin with the start of Lent. Join us on February 17 as we undertake the start of a five-week conversation on "Living as Christians -- Some Advice from Jesus's Little Brother". We will look at the New Testament Book of James and seek to discover together its insights on how to live more complete lives as Christians. The book is short, but rich with applied wisdom. Think of the Book of James as a valuable GPS for directing ourselves through everyday life and and think of this course as a worthy practice for you to add during Lent. The only thing to bring is yourself -- but we do need your presence to make this journey of discovery more complete. So make an entry in your calendar now to come to the first class at 9:30 on Sunday, February 17 in Room B.
